Buying IGB!

I just started a new town and I'm looking for some IGB to help me get set up. I'm hoping to trade 100 tbt for 25,000,000 igb, with the unit rate being 250,000 igb per tbt. That's what I've seen as going rates for a good bit of trades, but if you think it's unfair, I'm willing to negotiate.
