Buying IGB with TBT

i have a fairly new town and i need some bells for my town funds! i have a question: what's the tbt to in-game bells conversion? i need about 5m-10m bells and will pay the tbt for that! thank you!

it's all good omg so am i tbh LOL.. i think it should be okay though, i just set 6 items in retail to 999,999 bells and after you'd buy all of those, the leftover bells would just be 6 bells which is totally fine, don't worry about it!
