Also, just wondering...
is there a list somewhere that has kind of a guideline on how much stuff sells for? (when selling to other players)
because there have been several items that I have sold at retail just to get them out of my inventory for like 2k bells and then I find out someone on the forum paid 50k for the same item.... I would like to start selling my stuff on here, but I have no clue what stuff is worth! :/

Just put up whatever price that you think is fair. I think 20-50k igb per item is OK.

Depends on the item. Hybrids that usually sell for 60 (like orange lilies) can go for 50k easily
