Will Isabelle notify EVERYONE or just the mayors character?
Will she notify EVERY TIME someone is in boxes?

I need to TT my new characters to get the qr machine but I'm not too bothered about losing any villagers ATM because I am trying to make my town better first Just want to make sure I will be told.
