Yup, this is the correct place to ask. I don't think I can help you, but maybe it's useful for other if you specify what exactly you want. Do you want zebra stripes as a pattern and then made into a path with borders and stuff? Or do you just want something black-white themed, and if you actually want zebra stripes should they neccessarily be black and white? I could imagine plain stripes might be a bit boring, so if you want something a bit more complicated what exactly would you want then? (example: rainbow paths. You can simply make rainbow stripes and call it a path, or add in a cool pattern and highlights and stuff...)
If you specify these I might actually be able to help you, since I do have a bit of a designing sense. It depends on how complicated you want it, really.
