Ideas for my town? *Map Included*

This is my rough idea for my town. Obviously I will be using the town editor to accomplish most of it. I may do a quick photoshop to make the map look how I've planned it out later on today. I always go for pastel/cute/pretty themes. I'm not working on paths or PWPs until everything is relocated.

What do you think so far? Any ideas for the blank areas? I also need an idea for the 4th character building. Thanks!

I think it looks good so far! I'm super curious about how you would remove the pond or how youre going to move your town hall? That sounds pretty awesome!

I use town editor for things like that. I didn't want to go too much into detail because I heard this forum is very anti editor which is why I just mentioned how I would move things, to avoid questions.
