I wonder why they didn't add any ceiling furniture like in HHD.

That was one of Happy Home Designer's most advertised and hyped features. Same thing with adding doors leading to other rooms in a house.

I wonder why Nintendo didn't bring those features to New Horizons.

i wonder too. i guess it's for an update? if they ever plan to bringing lottie back. a lot of furniture or a certain furniture style/type seems to be missing. so i didn't think about it that much. (including doors)

i know a lot of people might not agree with me (i'm seeing a lot of people liking the furniture in new horizons more than new leaf) but going to villager houses, it feels soooo repetitive sometimes. and i'm not talking about the first 5 basic houses. the villager interior right now seems to have repeating items since there are no varied/themed series like rococo (muffy), sweets (merengue), sleek, sloppy (marshal) etc, i keep seeing the same bathtub too, just with different colors. like how many variations of that rose or shell bed do i have to see for snooties?

This was something I noticed pretty early on, and it really baffled me. Even with all of the cut furniture, you'd think they at least would have still implemented this in the game. It's a disappointment.
