I want to change from a fall town to a summer town...need ideas!

I started Pyrena off as a fall-themed town. But now that I've gotten used to the map and everything, I've made up my mind that I want it to be a summer town instead.

Here's my map...



What I love most is that I can walk right out of my house, jump off the cliff with my wetsuit on, and swim right over to my huge private beach, lol.

And if I'm gonna have a huge private beach, it doesn't make sense for Pyrena to be an autumn town. Summer is much more fitting.

My native fruit is also the orange. Which just wasn't making sense for any season other than summer.

I've decided to plot all my villager inside that isolated area surrounded by bridges.

So, now I'm looking for ideas for a summer-themed town! My other two towns are both spring-themed, so I'm a little lost as to what PWPs and things I should decorate the town with. And if you know of any summer-themed dream addresses, I'd love to visit them!

I haven't ever visited a legitimately made summer town, unfortunately. However, one suggestion I have is filling the town with mango, lychee, and durian trees; banana and coconut trees are an obvious good addition to the beach, as well. Oh, and hibiscus bushes! As for PWPs... I'm not entirely sure. Perhaps the fountain, statue fountain, rose arch, hammock, picnic blanket, tire toy, flower clock, windmill, and lighthouse would be decent additions?

Oh, additionally, I think that instead of traditional street lights, torches should be placed around the town! It'd give it a nice summery feel, especially at night.

oooh, I like the idea of torches-only. That would be really cool!

I'll have to buy the hibiscus starts here on the forum, because it would take way too long to accumulate them myself, and I'm not really interested in going to the island anyway. Guess I'll keep saving up my TBT for that!
