My school uniform is:

- black blazer
- tie
- white shirt
- black trousers
- black shoes
- black socks

Every time I walk to school, my back is dripping with sweat and I have sweat stains. The temperature is around 25 degrees here (and is expected to get hotter D: ), but the mostly-black uniform makes it feel 10x hotter. I always feel dizzy, light-headed, and generally uncomfortable in my uniform.

What's worse, my school uniform makes me look disgusting. Seriously. People smile at me in the street when I'm in my regular clothes, but in school uniform I get odd looks and sometimes glares. Also, everyone else looks fine in the uniform, it's just me who looks horrifying. :(

Does anyone else have this problem?

You have the same uniform as my school. =P I don't sweat in mine because it's usually too cold to even think about the warm weather. We aren't allowed to take off our clip-on ties or blazers either. Some of the nice teachers let us take our blazers off if it's super warm though.

In my elementary school, it was horrid. Girls had to wear the weird, heavy material for dresses and skirts, and I looked horrendous in it. Everyone looked normal and fine, but I got the glares. And oh boy, did it sweat in it. Glad I don't have to see those clothes again.

I can't wait until I can burn my school uniform and chuck rum into the flame..

One of my friend's sisters did that. She's in uni now, but they all got together and burned their school uniforms on a bonfire. =P It sounds kind of fun, but I don't think I'd want to waste fabric like that.

That sounds like a perfect night. <3

Ugh I sweat gallons anyway
Smh I hate it it's the worst i was wearing grey in summer and my friend pointed it out and i ran into the woods and started crying

I'm a girl and I sweat tons. I can't even wear shirts that are tight around my armpits or else the fabric around them gets soaked instantly... It's suuuuuucks and I can't think of a way to solve the problem. It happens, regardless of the temperature. Obviously when it's hot it happens worse. ;_____________; I guess I'm just hot blooded.

I've never had to wear a school uniform before so I don't know what you're going through. But it sounds awful. :c You would think that they'd have a summer and winter uniform like in anime.

Nope. We have to trudge around in our depressing blazers and full-length skirts/pants whilst teachers get to waltz about in flowing skirts, tank-tops and flip-flops. :(

Wow. i feel bad, since the school i went to had no uniforms. ( though i almost ALWAYS wore a jacket/ sweatshirt to school xD )

I feel the same :( Thankfully I'm on study leave at the moment, and by next week I'll be done with secondary school, so no more uniform for me. ^^ Really can't wait to be honest with you. The route I take home has no shade, so I'm just stuck in a sun trap and it's just boiling hot, so I get all sticky and sweaty. As soon as I get home, I get changed, lay on my bed and drink a glass of Coke. :( Such a good feeling.

I can empathise too, when we used to have a uniform it was awful, I used to sweat loads, and then as a result, I put on more clothes so it wouldn't show which just made it worse. At least I can wear a lighter shirt and trousers now we have a bit more flexibility in uniform.

And I totally get the whole, 'everyone else seems to look good in this uniform but me.' thing. I struggled with that for the whole 5 years, it made everyone else look normal, while I looked about 3 years younger just because my skirt didn't fit properly and because of how i'm built ;_;

MGHHH I HATED MY UNIFORMS
ours were polos with skirts or dresses. People are like
OHhh i wish i could have a uniform like in anime, with the little sailor suits, they're so cute~
NO.
Ours were so ugly and uncomfortable, no one looked good in them. The dresses were kinda cute, but whenever i wore them everyone would look at me weird because almost no one would wear them. That school hated me, and i didn't really like the school either ヽ(;▽;)ノ i transferred in 5th grade because i couldn't take the bullying and the uniforms XD

*shiver*
i haven't worn a polo since. . .

Sounds like the problem I have. >_< Waah it sucks man.

At my school the guys just had to make sure that they wore a collared shirt of some kind, a belt, and pretty much any pair of pants except for jeans. The girls had to wear uniforms though, but they were also pretty lenient. It wasn't that bad, but I live in NorCal where it wasn't too hot until the end of the school year. All-in-all I can't complain, it would suck to have to wear what you guys are wearing though. But at the same time that sounds pretty sharp, idk...

At my school we have a uniform but it's alright. I don't particularly mind it. The only thing is that girls must wear a long skirt (knee length or below) every Monday for formal. I'm Australian and it gets boiling in summer not to mention I don't like wearing skirts so I wear the school shorts underneath. It looks pretty bad and the formal shirt looks so much better with the school shorts.

The temperature is around 25 degrees here

Hard to imagine any sort of sweating at that temperature. Unless you mean celsius. Which I assume is the case.

Oh man, uniforms. That brings me back to fun times. New uniforms are always so uncomfortable.
