I registered a 3DS in Club Nintendo but I didn't receive any Registration Survey!

Someone! Anyone! Please Help me!

I registered a 3DS XL to my Club Nintendo account earlier today. When I entered the serial number, the "maintenance screen" showed up. I refreshed the page and entered the serial number again. But then it said that the system was already registered. I checked on the products of my account page and saw that my 3DS XL was already registered. I went to the front page to see if they gave me a product registration survey but they didn't give me one!

I then registered a wii that my friend gave me the serial number for. The same thing happened to it! I checked the eligible products and I am 100% sure that the wii my friend gave me is eligible for 100 coins. But I didn't even get 100 coins or a product registration survey for it!

Please, someone! Tell me what's happening and how can I fix this T_T

The same thing happened to me with a Wii Mini code I registered. The site is just wonky because of everyone trying to log on.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just wait and check back at a later time when it's not so busy (early morning for example). That's what I did, and my survey was in my to-do list. It just took a while. Chances are it will show up, but if it doesn't then just shoot them an email. c: I haven't done it, but there's contact info at the bottom of the page and I'm sure there's a place to send issues like this.
 
Just in case it doesn't show up later, contact support about it. I'd give it about a day to show up. It happened to me once, Cpt Toad Treasure Tracker didn't give me a survey, they added it in about 4 hours and told me it was an oopsie.
 
If received an email saying that it was registered but wasn't valid for the 90 day extended warranty, does that mean that my codes can't receive CN coins, or can i still have coins with no extended warranty? I received an email like that for each registration I did.
