I heard you can get sick on the game to the point where you need to buy medicine from Tom Nook can someone list the illnesses and ailments on this board (I heard bee stings were a sickness)

i don't know if YOU can get sick... but the villagers can and you have to buy them medicine. Bee stings, you can just let them go away, or buy mediceine

i bought a sick villager medicine (for 400 bells), and in return they gave me 500 bells.

Yeah, I have a sick villager, too. I've given them medicine for about...4 days, and still not better. <_< Well, I need to check today, though.
