I know this doesn't really help since I'm not offering anything, but you could try breeding your own shiny Eevee with Masuda Method. If you're using Black/White, you could breed a normal, female, calm-natured Eevee holding an everstone with a foreign Ditto or Eevee (meaning, it has to be German, French, Japanese, etc.). Each egg has a 1/1,366.3 chance of hatching shiny (way better than 1/8,492) and the everstone will give you a 50% of the offspring being calm natured. This method also works in D/P/Pt, but you can't pass down natures with everstone, unlike Black and White, and the chances are slimmer at 1/2,048. So with this method, you just keep hatching eggs till you get your shiny.

This method isn't for impatient people though, bahaha (I myself have hatched seven shinies with this method in Platinum, so good luck if you do decide to try).
