So earlier this morning, I was playing Stardew Valley when it suddenly crashed! I'm trying to load it up again, but all it's doing is giving me a black screen. It's still playing the audio, though. What should I do?!?

Sounds like the resolution settings are incompatible with the resolution your monitor is set to. Change your resolution a bit and see how that works.

It was working fine yesterday, though. I'll try and see if that works.

I tried doing all I could and that didn't seem to help.

UPDATE: I figured out how to solve the problem. I need to get to the %appdata% folder for Stardew Valley, but I can't find it. I typed it into the start menu, and the %appdata% file came up, but the only option was Microsoft. No Stardew Valley! Does anyone know how I can get it to show up?

Data for Steam games is usually stored under (Or whatever drive you install Steam games to) C://ProgramFiles(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/stardewvalley

If not installed on the C drive, you'll go straight from ProgramFiles to steamapps. If what you're trying to do doesn't work, try reinstalling it, save files should be backed up to the cloud from what it indicates on the store page.
