im preeety confused on how to get these three stuff and i know you have to pay bells for them,but where? im so confused and how much do you pay for them? can you have more than 1 in your town? please help me

No you don't, you get feathers by saving a certain amount of money in your banking account. Here's the order you recieve each one:

100,000,000:Green feather
200,000,000:Blue feather
300,000,000:Yellow feather
400,000,000:Red feather
500,000,000urple feather
600,000,000:White feather
700,000,000:Rainbow feather

Have fun getting them now LOL.

If you got them in wildworld though, you should see them in your catalog.

Actually if you donate another million after having the windmill or the lighthouse you will be asked if you want to switch from one to the other. Just like before in a week it will be built. You can continually do this. This is what I do. Often.

Also, it should be mentioned not to donate all the money at once, or your bells will be wasted. Donate the amount for the new bridge, then talk to the pelicans at town hall and place your vote for the location of the bridge, wait a week for it to be built, then donate for the fountain. If you try to skip steps and, say, donate the 1,600,000 bells all at once, 200k will go towards the new bridge in town and the other 1,400,000 bells... disappears. Into Tortimer's off-shore account I assume.

i got the windmill, because at the time it was a shared-town and my sister voted for a windmill because it brought more animals to the town...

Lighthouse = More Fish

lighthouse= more fish, more rare fish
