I need help with my team

This is exactly why I get delayed with my pokemon game. I want a good team, but I'm having trouble figuring out which pokemon to have as my last two party members. So far I have

Malamar (Nightvale) Reflect, Light Screen, Foul Play, Psycho Cut
Delphox (Zuko) Psybeam, Flamethrower, Mystical Fire, Psyshock
(mega) Lucario (Artifact) Force Palm, Swords Dance, Bone Rush, Aura Sphere
Roselia (Julian) Petal Dance, Toxic, Dazzling Gleam, Giga Drain
Phantom (Haunter) Confuse Ray, Sucker Punch, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt

I'm thinking on getting a Honedge to replace Phantom. I need a water pokemon, but I really want to catch the new dragon pokemon, and there's not a lot of water pokemon to choose. The water pokemon in my box now are a Lombre, a Tentacool, and a Gyarados.

Goodra, a new dragon Pokemon, is capable of using water-type moves (And I think surf, I'm not sure, I'll check for you). It evolves in rain at one point, after all.

By new Dragon pokemon I meant Noibat sorry ^_^' (That Goomy pokemon would have a lot more potential if it was a water/dragon)

Goodra is actually better than Noibat/Noivern because it doesn't have as many weaknesses, has a better stat build, and has three Pokemon in the line, rather than just two. If you don't like my advice, then I can't really help you.

I did catch a Goomy just because, but I'm wondering when it will rain again on that route (or when rain is on any route)

I think it always rains on Route 14. I'm not sure though, I just remember it always raining when I was walking there.

It evolves from Goomy into Sligoo at level 40, and into Goodra at level 50 plus rain.

The one disadvantage about using it instead of Noibat/Noivern is it can't fly.

I think it always rains on Route 14. I'm not sure though, I just remember it always raining when I was walking there.

That route only rained for me is when I first came there, then it never rained again...weird...

I just checked. Goodra can use water type moves like I said, but not Surf. And confirmed Noibat/Noivern can fly. Now it just depends on what you need. A good competitive Pokemon would be Goodra, but a useful HM pokemon that can use Cut and Fly is Noibat/Noivern.

I don't recommend bone rush since its only good on a few types and it has a imperfect accuracy and low power...poison jab might be a good substitute, will take out fairies too.

Haunter and gengar do well with poison moves, might want to consider that though thunderbolt isn't a bad choice.

For delphox you only need one fire move really. How about light screen for one of those fire spots? You probably don't need psybeam and psyshock at the same time. I personally got Psychic and put Will O wisp in the other spot.

PS Bibarel is the best HM slave. Teach it cut, strength, surf and waterfall haha.
