I Need Help with Decorating My Town!

I have recently been decorating my town. I think I'm doing it incorrectly. Could a town landscaping expert please help me decorate my town and tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

A great placee to get extra flowers fast is the Island games in less then 20 minutes your town will be over flowing with normal flowers.
