I need avatar help.

I just used my 10 seashells to buy an animated avatar but I can't seem to get it to work. I found this cute little Lloid gif that I really want to use. http://imgur.com/Av60hH0
Every time I try to use it for my avatar, it doesn't work. Please help me!
