Unlike NSider, that doesn't actually come with the editing ability. You get it at a higher rank, but if you need to edit a topic title for some reason, an admin/mod might do it if you ask them.

What rank would that be, stormcommander? I checked the Rank Thread and I don't think I saw anything related to title-editing powers, just regular editing powers.

OK, it was really high before. Now that people are pointing it out, and since we've lowered other things in the past, but not this: I lowered it to the tealish/light blue color rank for now.
