I feel your pain. I've got to bring an uchi in just so I can get the windmill!

I actually just made my windmill the other day and it's probably one of my favorite PWPs, though second to my lighthouse. That thing is absolutely beautiful and I managed to get it into a place that actually makes sense.

I wanna finish my town up, but I need to plot in my last two dreamies first. The very last spot I need to develop is needed for my alt's plot. Once that's done, though, I get to put Rosie's illuminated heart up~
