I AM able to go on wifi and play aggainst other people with brawl etc. But i'm NOT able to recieve any updates :S I can't get the new shopping channel either ! Please, can someone help me?

I have a Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector. The error code is 23022. I'm affraid i can't use Wii-speak without the ShoppingChannel Please help me?
