I just remembered why I hate First-Person Shooters =_=

I recently found a game which I used to play for like 5 seconds and then instantly abandoned.
And I refound it on a comedy website quite oddly and now I actually have an argument for hating FPS's...

You just have to find a play style that suits you. ^^

In one of my favorite FPS, Battlefield, I like to be a medic, so I'll go around and heal, revive and such whilst killing the baddies. c:
You also have to remember, it's a game you'll die in. Yeah, sure, it's frustrating but it's part of the game. c:

Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead are two of my favorite shooters. I'll add Halo 3 and Unreal GOTY 99 version. I prefer fast paced shooters with no leveling up or whatever CoD has. It's stupid.

A Mega Man FPS? The only Mega Man "FPS"s that I know about are Legends and those would hardly qualify. The only true Mega Man FPS would have been Maverick Hunter, but the almighty Capcom nixed it. Unless you're talking about a fan fps which wouldn't necessarily qualify either and wouldn't warrant a complete judgement of a genre based on a fan-made game.

I've never played Team Fortess 2(shock!) but I would like to eventually just need a decent enough PC to handle it....also I like games like Serious Sam, and Left 4 Dead series like Chromie said, also I like the more lighthearted ones like Timesplitters series....I don't care for the War-type ones though like CoD or Battlefield or whatever....those can **** off!!!! >.<

Yes, I agree. TF2 is my favourite FPS and I don't really play them anyway, nor am I too keen on playing them. It's really fun, crazy and wacky... Sure like, I'm not very good at it but you don't need to be particularly skilled at it to enjoy it anyway? x3 They're not too difficult, sure some games are more difficult than others but I guess you would just get used to it if you played it lots!

I tend to stay away from the genre, seeing as it gets boring after a couple levels. However, there a plenty exceptions. Red Faction, Perfect Dark, the Metroid Prime Trilogy... they're all great games that I enjoy even though I don't care for the genre.

I agree, they're so hard to aim and predict when an enemy is coming. Plus, they're so overrated!

...two other series I highly enjoy(well not so much the former as I only enjoy the first one but yeah)...I need to get the Metroid Prime Trilogy game for the Wii, too bad many places ask it for a notorious price..with exceptions..
