It looks as though your problem is that that image is 97x100 - animated avatars must be 100x100 (or 150x100 with the extension) in order to work properly.

If you still have the original image I'd be happy to crop it to the correct size for you

in the future if it's too big to make the file size smaller when ur saving it just reduce the colors.
