Villagers in campsites cannot move into other towns

Hey, just for future reference, only you can coerce villagers out of a campsite. They don't count as a proper villager until you convince them to move in, and have no part in your town until they do. Then you have to wait for them to move out-that's the only way you can get someone to "get him".
