So, with this game, could you change the look of your character? It seems like a fun game but can you change it though.

you can. progress in the game a little bit and you'll unlock the handbook, it has a machine that changes your hair, eyes, hair colour, things like that
if you mean wearing things you unlock hats by completing some villager houses, also, you can't change your outfit, but you can change your trousers/skirt and you can wear anything when in one of your constructed buildings.
