Nets, pitfalls and pushing them around. I also messed up errands for animals I disliked, I would read their letters and open presents. i don't think any will move until your town is full though?
I heard they like when you dig holes around them.
orz I'm in the same boat. I just hit them with my net and complain about them at the town hall.
