I got Julian in my campsite!

He's a sparkly blue fancy unicorn and I love him! I already knew I wanted a horse character, but I had no idea that there was a unicorn! I never thought I would have a "dreamy", but this one might be. So, I convinced him to move in.
This is the first time I've had a camper move in. What should I know about it? How many days before he sets down a plot? I can reset with a new villager character to make sure he puts his house in a good spot, can't I? I currently have a villager moving out in two days. Will that affect Julian's move-in in any way?

Campers take 2days to move in, he will move in as long as you have less than 10villagers in town :]
