I left my 3DS on my desk while it was plugged in and I think the chord tugged it and knocked it off my desk. AC was still on, but the game card didn't get knocked out so I didn't lose anything. But sometimes while I'm loading up the game and when I'm saving the screen will flicker off for a few seconds and then turn back on. It doesn't interrupt anything but it does worry me. It also sometimes takes my game quite a while to save. Anyone know why this is happening, if it's bad, and how I can fix it?

Theres probably some circuitry damage in the display screen causing the flickering. If its a download game, copy the data from the old SD to a new SD using the standard procedures and that might fix have time if SD is damaged. If the issues exacerbate, maybe trade kn whats left for a new 3ds
If the screen flickers then the circuits in your console are probably messed up.
I've dropped my 3ds a lot and I haven't broke it (suprisingly, I even dropped it on concrete accidently).

Sounds more like the 3DS' problem and not AC's problem.
I put it in this section because I was only having problems with Animal Crossing. I thought maybe the fact that I've been TT up the wazoo and plot resetting on top of dropping my 3DS while AC was on would corrupt my save. I had no idea it would be a problem with the circuits.

You can't lock topics in here yourself. You will have to ask a mod to close it. Sorry this happened though. At least your save is okay. Most likely the system is the issue. Having problems with any other games?

I think I the SD card got loosened. I took it out and put it back in and I haven't had any more problems since.
Which is great, because it's a Japanese 3DS and I don't think NAO would fix it (you also can't ship lithium batteries to Japan, so it would have been a real hassle).
