I done screwed up...

So, I finally got the last DIY to Phoebe, which should have allowed her to move in, then exited her tent, put down the new lot, went back in, and found her in a dialogue loop, where she just said the same three things every time I talked to her. In other words, she wouldn't move in. I know this was the third time, and I suspect that it's because I left her tent, put up the lot, then returned.

I'm embarrassed now, but hopefully someone can learn from my little mistake

I am so tired of the campsite tbh. It took me three tries to get Dobie to move in, and I made him so many DIYs. Then, I tried to get Bones in, but he just told me the same thing Dobie did: invite me back and ask me next time! I had a plot open and everything. I really don't feel like making two more DIYs and inviting him two more times. It's glitchy and weird and confusing

I did that both times when I used Amiibo, and it did not glitch.

Its really weird that this game has ALOT of glitches and its pretty insane, I'm just hoping a lot of this will be fixed soon

Okay, so I tried again and managed to actually invite her without the looping dialogue. All it took was saving and reloading.

as far as i can tell from my own experience and everything i've heard, you're supposed to have to invite amiibo campers three times like that. it's annoying but it seems it's a feature, not a glitch.
