I Can't Find Jack!

I know Jack is meant to visit on October 1st to tell you about halloween etc but I can't find him!

Last night I went round my town so many times, going in and out of buildings and saving and ending and re-starting to see if it made a difference but it didn't!

Will he still be around today? & Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I found Jack with an alt character today, so he's definitely still around. As for finding him, I dunno; I bumped into him by accident each time.

It's October 2nd in my timezone and he showed up for me. Since you mentioned night, that might be the reason why you can't find him? You could try looking for him the next day, preferably before afternoon.

I don't remember if he answers to the megaphone when he first visits--I know he doesn't during Halloween itself. Try using it?

I forgot all about Jack! I haven't seen him in my town yet either. Often NPCs wander around in my perfect peach orchard and I never notice them! Hopefully he'll show up for you soon, I'm gonna go look for mine now too ^^

He showed up for me at around 6AM October 1st (I was on so early because I was playing before school) and was just walking around my town in a random spot.

I actually bumped into him immediately after I came back from main street. I didn't even know that he was going to be around. good luck finding him.

He appeared yesterday out of nowhere around the afternoon so try again?

I think you have all week to see him for the first time, so don't get worried!

Yep, he was creeping right outside my house when I came out too. I thought if you missed him, he just sends you the mask in a letter?

He should still be around, I seen him yesterday and today, but I never talked to him

I bumped into him somewhat left of the plaza. I didn't know he was going to be here so I was just pretty spooked.
