I cannot login my NNID.

So I have a problem with my miiverse account so I tried to login with my New 3DS it says that it has been link to my other console (the old 3DS) but I already formatted everything, so I tried to login miiverse in my phone but it gives me an error code 121 - 5936.

I tried to contact Nintendo and they told me to give information like address and phone number but I can't because I live from Philippines.

Anyway my 3DS unit is NA (Both old and new one)

All you can do to unlink it (as far as I know) is to contact nintendo or system transfer.

Yep, also if you contact them via e-mail the only thing you need to make sure of is that you e-mail from the e-mail you have registered on the NNID/console so they can unlink (this is mainly if you are downgrading to older console or can't system transfer because other issues). Otherwise try doing a system transfer, it should work as long as your internet is steady and stuff.

Also yes if you only did a format I don't think it's enough either if you want to be able to log in cause it's still tied to the system and console (each have a serial number thing)
