I came across a glitch(SOLVED!)

Ok so, a friend of mine gave me some gifts and a pink fax machine was one of the gifts they gave me.

Whenever I get a new piece of furniture, I decide to place it outside for a split second to see what it looks like and then quickly put it back in my pockets.

When I did it to the fax machine, I couldn't pick it back up? And its in an obnoxious spot that blocks my main path. I could move it but not pick it back up? Then it suddenly didn't let me move nor pick it now it's just sitting there??

I tried literally everything. No dice. It's driving me nuts. Is this a glitch? Whats happening??? Has this happened to anyone else?

EDIT: OKAY I'm dumb. I forgot about the cleanup option on the terraforming app. Got it!

I've never heard of that, sorry it happened to you! Have you tried saving, exiting the game, and loading it again?

Tried 3 times even switched to my second save file and couldn't pick it up. I don't know what's happening.

so glad that you got that nosy fax machine out of your way! that sounds like a horrible glitch to contest with. i would have never thought about the clean up option; you guys are the best here <3
