I asked a villager to move in but they aren't there?

Hi, I have a question that I'd really appreciate you guys answering. I just recently exchanged Punchy for Diana, yet when I TT'd to the next day to plot reset, she wasn't there, and the next day and the next day. I convinced Diana to move in when I had 9 villagers, with Punchy being one of the nine in boxes. I think Diana should still appear, correct? Thanks for any help, I wonder if anything like this has happened to anyone else.

How many days have you tt-ed?
edit: That happened to me as well, but I tted 3-4 days and found the plot.

I did the same: Rosie was in boxes, I adopted Sprinkle that same day, and the following day she wasn't there. I still haven't checked if she's here today, because I want to plot reset, but it's weird.
Your villager will eventually move in If not, there's a big problem...

I hope so. I'll keep checking days. I remember something like this happened with Punchy from the campsite. His plot showed up 3 days late, when I gave up plot resetting lol. Thanks for the help.

i think i had to tt almost 3 weeks for marina to show up after she said she would move!
