They are the bells you can make on bell tree forum and to use on this sight to buy all kinds of things in the shop and from people. It looks like you have 305 of them and you acquire them from selling and earn them from bell tree. If you want to trade with them you click on the other person bell amout and it will ask if you would like to transfer funds to them hope I didn't confuse you
