Buying Hybrids and Fertilizer!

Hi! I'm trying to breed flowers for my town and I'm new to the whole breeding thing, so if anyone can give me tips it'd be really helpful!

I'm looking to buy pink roses mostly. I was told fertilizer helps a lot, so I'd like to buy some fertilizer too Thanks.
