Buying Hybrid Flowers!

Im currently looking to buy hybrid flowers of any kind. My goal is to fill my town with them, but for now, I would just like to get a bunch so I can do some cool placement with em.
Specifically, I would like blue and black roses, though ill buy anything. ^v^
I have 5mil bells to spend.
Just please dont try to sell them to me for some outrageous price.
