When i was serving coffee in the Cafe, Queenie came to the Cafe; she wasn't my neighbour at all and Cole was moving on that day!

What happened?

Random villagers can enter your cafe. Two different animals from i-don't-know-where showed up on my cafe in a row!

When working in the cafe sometimes random villagers that aren't from your town will come in

This happened to me as well, and I just chalked it up to my Mayor being an awesome barista.

Sometimes random villagers form unknown towns can go to your caf?.

Yep, I've had Tipper and Kidd show up and I've not got them in my town.

I find that usually my first customer is from my village. Then the second customer will be either from my own village or someone who doesn't live in my town (and never has). The third villager will always be a foreign villager. My fourth and final customer is always one of the non-villager characters (like Pelly, Pete, Shrunk, Digby, Phinneas, etc.).
