How to use User title color change?

I bought it at the store and realize I really do not know to use it
I would change it to hot pink, but where? and how?

Beware! This is a one time use! Go to your inventory at the shop and scroll down to your User Title Change, you should see a configure button. There, it might pop up to something with hex codes like #FFFFFF or something along the lines.

Have you solved this? if not Just fyi (you probably already know) but your usertitle is not your username but the text underneath
