How to unlocked dream suite?

Hi guys, I have problem to unlocked dream suite. I've been playing this game about 7 days, but I'm still cannot unlocked the dream suite.. I did all the requirement for unlocked that but I really don't have any idea why not unlocked yet ..

If anyone know what should I do, pls let me know..

All I did was have a visitor from online visit my town, and then the next time I talked to Isabelle she was sleeping and then she told me about the dream suite and it was unlocked, so I could build it.

I had visitor in my town already as well before.. And everyday I come to town hall, Isabelle not sleeping yet ..
