What do you mean by extended move out times?if you don't mind me asking!
The welcome amiibo update changed the amount of warning the villager will give before moving. It used to be 5 days if you caught them right when they were thinking about it, but now it's 10 days in advance that they will tell you which gives you more wiggle room.
