How to send bells to people

I was gonna buy some yellow candy someone was selling but I don't know how to send them the bells. If you know how please tell me and thank you.

Just click on the amount of bells they have in possession. Fill in the amount, make sure you're on transfer and maybe add a reason why you sent the bells.
