How to handle anger with your brother

I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo mad at my brother right now. He made me really want to break my 3DS. I need help. I don't know if I have an anger disorder or what, but help!
 
My brother used to make me feel like that too.
I fought him with the intent of seriously hurting him a few times when we were younger.
It hopefully won't last for long. I always feel better after a sleep so maybe you could take a nap? That or the other suggestions and being active will help relieve your anger.

My brother tattled --> I called him a tattle tale --> He got mad --> I told him to go away and not say another word --> He kept fighting

so nobody actually listed any coping skills and i dont understand why that is

deep breathing is something that definitely helps with anger. you take a deep breath in, and let it out. and you keep doing it. not just once or twice. you KEEP doing it, and it should calm you. meditation, guided or non, is something that can also help. mindfulness, staring at an object and listing the things your 5 senses pick up about it. for example, this soda bottle. it is green, it feels cool to the touch, it tastes like plastic and leftover ginger ale, it smells like ginger ale, and it sounds hollow. thats a VERY BASIC deduction, but i spent time staring at this soda bottle and thinking about it, and my mind went off of everything else.

these are just a few things, there are more. play a game, like someone else said. vent to someone. anything but punching things because thats really bad???

fighting with your siblings is honestly a part of life. there will be some days that you just want to kill each other, but then other days when you get along alright. treat this situation how you would being mad at anyone else. spend time away from them for awhile and do things that you enjoy.
