How to get the other 2 New Years Hats?

Ok, so right now it's New Years Eve day and Redd is selling New Years hats. He is only selling 2 colours and I'd like to get the other two. Anyone know if time travelling can get you the other two? I would trade with someone, but I am not able to visit most people's towns and vice versa due to errors.

Each town's Redd only sells two kinds, so you'd have to find someone else who has the red and blue you're missing in their town. I think TTing works too, but I haven't TTed back to my day yet to see.
