How to get high turnip prices.

How do you get turnip prices really high? Is there something you have to do? or does it just happen randomly? I've seen turnip prices over 450 and i want that too :veryhappy:

I'm pretty sure its just random..I also read that Time Traveling reduces your turnip prices

It's totally and completely random, just like the stock market it's based off of.
