Pokémon How to get Alomomola in Pokemon OmegaRuby?

ive been having some trouble. apparently its only exclusive to DexNav is a bunch of sea routes so I'm ok on location, but is there an easier way to use the DexNav to find an Alomomola?

and does it matter that I don't have one in my Pokedex yet??

You've got to have it in your Pokedex first to make it easier to find, that way you can try chaining it specifically. Otherwise it's just surfing around until it pops in your nearby on your Dexnav.
