How to get a villager out of main street?

I need help getting a villager out of main street, My friend is offering a animal but I can't get her because the animal is in my main street. What can I do to get rid of them in my main street?

You have to the 16 villager cycle. If you haven't been keeping track, you have maybe 10-12 villagers left at the very most.

That villager is gone they have already moved out so now they walk around on your main street the only way to get him or her back is you have to get 16 villagers to move out of your town then you can him or her back but still you have to get that villager from your campsite friends or someone getting rid of him or her on TBT

Have more move-outs. You need 15 more after them for them to be the 16th. Start cycling your town, you're going to need a LOT of move-outs!
