How to add ( 😍 ) reaction to posts?

I've seen some posts that, besides having a also have , so I was wondering how it's done and can we add other reactions besides like in discord?

On desktop, hover over the like button and it should show up, I don't use mobile so I can't give advice for that!

It's the same thing on mobile. It's a long hold/press/click on the like button and you'll see the two options.
