I have two towns! Chibi and Rosewood. Chibi since March and Rosewood since October. I really do love both of my towns so I can't see myself resetting, if I really wanted a change, I'd buy another copy. So how old is your town? Do you think you'd ever reset it?

Oh neat, I have just one 3DS and one animal crossing new leaf game, thouGggjH I really want to buy another game just to do things differently but yeah I like my town and everything so I'll probably leave as is for now and hopefully never have to reset or anything! it's pretty new, not even a year yet and if there was another new animal crossing game comin out (not the wiiu) but on 3DS I wouuld deffinitely buybuybuy

i think my original NL town was September 21, 2013. i finally reset that one in october of this year because i realized i hated the map and everything was a disaster.

Currenly have had this town since....maybe October sometime? Right before halloween.
I had my last town for about 7 months before I lost interest. First timer playing ANY AC games, so that town was just...no. This time around I know how and what to do.
Probably won't reset this one, I kinda like it. Plus, I had a villager move out, and I was able to put a bridge right next to my house. SCOREEEE. :D

as of dec 25th my town of Caprica will be 2 years old. that is the oldest one I have the 5 others are all between 7 months to a year old. I would NEVER reset any of my towns. I put in way too much time and effort into each one with either loads of sets, unorderables and such for my one shop shop or hybrids for my other shop.

I only have one town called Lakeside and I have had it since June 15th 2013 (2 years but coming close to 3 years.)

I've only ever had one town at a time... this is my third. My very first (Sakurako) was also my first time playing Animal Crossing, and so I had no idea what I was getting into. ^_^; I reset after the game began to feel more like a chore than anything--a friend told me to treat it like ripping off a band-aid, and so I did.

My second town, Sakurami, was an attempt at an idealised version of the first. I didn't make the major mistakes that I made the first time around, but I hadn't found this site yet, and once I had, saw that there were things I still hadn't considered! (Keeping in mind, my little town isn't very elabourate, I don't do nifty paths or anything, I like it natural as possible.) I also read a warning that once you start re-setting, it can be addictive, you'll keep wanting to try again. I determined that the next try would be the last, made a list of things that really mattered to me, and went for it shortly after simultaneously resetting Happy Home Designer.

Third time seems to be the charm! Apart from occasionally wondering what it would be like if my pond were a different shape, I'm happy. I'm going to do my best to make this my "perfect" town, and not re-set again!

My current town was created in July this year (2015). I wish I still had my original town, though I still agree with my decision to reset because the caf? was in a horrible spot. But still, perhaps I could have worked around it? I'm glad with my current town though.
(By the way, my CF town must have existed for about 6 years now :o)

Kinfolk is only about a month and a half old ;-; I have a second copy that I think I'll reset on 1/1 c:

I have my town Murpiton since about a month and I would't reset it. I reset so many times in the past,
every time I was thinking I found finally my dream town and then it only was standing for a few weeks
before it was deleted. After a while I got mad and swore to myself that the next town would to stand for
a longer time and would not reset again, also because it became annoying for a longer time. So, I found
a great map, great villagers and I'm so happy with my town, so that I don't have the heart it to deleted it. ;-;

my current town, platinum, has been around since october 2015. i'm still new to the animal crossing series, haha.
i'm not thinking of resetting anytime soon, though. some of the buildings are in places that could've been elsewhere, but i would feel heartbroken if i deleted all of my save data just for that. at best, i would instead buy another copy of ac:nl if i wanted to make a new town.

Main town Victoria was started on June 14th, 2013. Beautiful Town Lolly was started in September, 2013. Town Reality was started April 20,2015. Guest town lazytown was started in July, 2013 but was reset for a different perfect fruit. At the time the town was just a place to grow perfect fruit and play the holiday events. It became a real town during the winter 2013.

No plans to reset any of my towns. Beautiful town and Reality are frozen after I stopped a mover.

Urania is 11 months old so far. I'm never gonna reset it since I pretty much completed and have fallen in love with the town. The game is just so fun and I love how in this game you're the mayor of your town.

My main town has been running since launch and I could never reset it. Only if it got corrupted. Then maybe. I don't remember how long my second town has been running on the file I have now. I used it as a cycling town for a while then reset it and made Olympus. Then my third town I actually reset rather recently within the past few months and I'm pretty happy with it so far. I don't plan to reset any of these towns, but I am contemplating a 4th town. Which is why I won't ever reset my other towns I just get new ones.

I made my town early this year in April, I had considered resetting it once or twice but I ultimately decided against it. Anything I didn't like I was able to change or work around and now I am pretty happy with it's progress. I highly doubt that I will ever reset my town, I'm growing more attached to it every single day. ^_^
