How often leaf changes veggies

Anyone know how often he changes the sprouts. Was hoping once a day but still only have sugarcane and tomatoes.

It changes every week
I think the reset is Monday
It also changes when he comes to your island
And I'm pretty sure it changes again when he leaves your island

So it does change a fair bit still which is nice
