How Much Would You Think Your Towns Worth?

I mean in like cases of furniture,pwps,buildings on mainstreet,etc.
With mine I just reset a week ago but my previous town would've had to been 9,000,000+.
I pretty much 'no lifed' my last town xD
I feel that my amount is tiny to some people like who make
Themed towns and all of that.

In my main town I have Zucker, Marina, and Julian as villagers. A house furnished with mostly Sloppy items. Half a museum full of unorderables. About a locker full of other unorderables. A significant number of Jacob's Ladders as decoration. And an unfinished path composed of probably over 200 Lucky Clovers.

Oh, and also 700mil in the bank.

It would be hard to calculate since I spend lots of time buying things (items, expansions, PWPs). My catalog is 95% completed. I have all three of my houses expanded and filled with rare furniture. My town has 30 PWPs.
These days I am spending bells on the items I don't have. I have 35 million bells deposited and 1.1k island medals. How do you even calculate medals?

I don't know this is a really hard question to answer, haha. It really depends on a multitude of things and whatnot. If we're talking about my items plus bells I would say somewhere in the 20-30 mil range if I was being bluntly honest. However, if I included all the flowers, villagers and decorations that are in my town it would probably be closer to 40 mil. But honestly with all the man hours and time that I've spent before I went on hiatus from the game, and then recently came back I would probably say that my town is priceless. But, really that's my opinion and I know that very few people are honestly going to feel the same about it.

If it's just how much actual money we've put into our town, excluding villagers probably only something like 50 mil. With villagers I'd say another 75 mil?
