How much is a tbt generally worth in igb?

I'm pretty new to the forum here. I've been browsing the Re-Tail forum a lot, and I see people trading in tbt, but I am unsure what a tbt is worth in igb... I have seen a post talking about one tbt being generally worth 200k igb? Also, how do you earn tbt?

You will mainly earn TBT through posting, but you can also sell/offer things for trade to earn them.
